Melinda also wrote and directed the bumper vignette of humor performed while the stage prep and prop change happened before the show started. It was a hoot hoot - wooot wooot !!
Most impressive was the way all kids in the ward participated, including the special-needs young woman who began the show with a very meaningful message which got an ovation from the audience.

ReplyDeleteFunny you say that Mom, because I looked at these pictures, and thought "Gack, I look like a crazy!" Sweating off all my makeup didn't help me too much. It was really nice that you came all that way to support me. Thanks so much!...ALL of you that came! It was a really fun night for me, and I hugely appreciate all the help with the boys and Eve.
ReplyDeleteDad- I wish I could take credit for our entree act. It was very funny, but my counselor was actually the one that put it together. Thanks for the rest of the compliments though. I'm trying not to let it go to my head, but I'm not going to lie, I'm real proud of myself. I'm sure I'll do something stupid really soon that'll humble me up. :)
