I've been looking for awhile now for a good place to store pictures. I thought it might be a cool thing to have and a good way to get pictures of family events from all the different cameras. I started a test account and wanted to see what everyone thought.

I uploaded some pictures already. To help keep it organized, I think we would need to create folders for events and not just upload them to one folder. Anyways, check it out & give some feedback.

The ultrasound results say that we are having a .....
We are keeping our pattern going and adding a little girl to the clan. We are totally stoked! It will be so nice for Lauryn to have a little sister. Dylan and Gaven are really pumped too. Everything looked great on the ultrasound, good measurements, normal everything. We could not be happier about having another little bambino. Love you all!

Yes, we felt the Nevada Quake!!! I have been getting up early to exercise and would have normally been on the treadmill, but I had stayed up late and didn't wake up this morning until 7:05. I was just laying there being lazy when the house started to shake...the bed was shaking...the dresser mirror was rocking back and forth. For a second, I thought it was a major gust of wind, but immediately realized that it was an earthquake. When Dale woke up, seconds later, I told him, and we turned on the TV to discover that yes, indeed, there had been a 6.5 quake just outside of Wells. I called Dale's Mother. Dad was building a fire and Mom came in to be with him. She sat down in her wheelchair which is there by the china cupboard. The instant that she sat down the cupboard doors shook and she thought, "My word! I must be gaining weight...if the house shakes when I sit down!" And, she promptly went in to weigh herself to find that she had actually lost 2 pounds. When I called, she realized what had really happened. Very funny!! Hope that is as close as any of us ever come to being in an earthquake!!! Hugs from Mom

Ode to the Gwen
I just had to say a very greatful thanks to Gwen and her family. We showed up on Sunday night for a quick Dr's appointment that turned in to a 3 day event. In between taxiing kids in every direction, she was also handing out barf buckets for her 3 sick kids and a poopin sick husband and also finding time to whip up some sweet grub us and her parents who came to town. If you think that was busy you should also know that on top of all that she just happens to be setting up a totally new primary and planning a generous going away party for her neighbor.
She was always there with a smile to brighten our outlook on the past few scary days. I love my sister Gwen. Thanks for all you do.
PS.. in thanks for all her hard work and kindness, when we stopped to pick up our stuff after the surgury, I had to pee really bad but couldn't walk out of the car so I asked her for forgivness and hung it out the door and yellowed the snow right in the middle of the driveway. She never even batted an eye. :)

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
Yo fam...hope you all recieved your cards and goodies from your Angel Mother. Please all have a happy day. love...pops
Here's SBJ's valentine.....
TO MY SWEET BETTY JO
It’s Valentine’s Day, so what shall we do
That’s special and fun and exciting for you?
Well, first, here’s a book to help you fly fish
This year on the South Fork – and I insist;
That you also come with me on a Silver Creek float
Where we will both fish while the guide rows the boat.
Next, just to pamper and spoil and dislodge
The aches and frustrations…let’s have a massage!
Oh yes, there is dinner for two…maybe four
At the Rock Creek with Lori and Randy – no more.
So be ready to go after the spa, all relaxed.
Doors open at 5:00 and we’ll beat getting stacked.
Last comes the weekend. Let’s give it our all
And go watch CSI play great basketball!
We’ll first watch the girl’s game and then cheer the boys.
Eat hot dogs and pretzels and make lots of noise.
I’m very excited and glad that you’re mine.
I love you so deeply, my Sweet Valentine!
XOXO - 2008

Happy Valentines day.... I guess.
So for a little update on what went on this week....
Morgan had his routine scans to verify that his cancer was infact supposed to be gone, which they did appear clean!!! We are very grateful for that fact. When he went to his Doctor's appointment that same day, Morgan showed him a lump on his left leg above his ankle and the doctor did not find that lump to be one that should be brushed aside. So an immediate MRI was done and surgery was scheduled according to what the MRI would show from the next morning. After the doctor reviewed the MRI, it was decided that the lumps were to small to completely diagnose without going in for a biopsy, which ultmatley meant a surgery. Yes, another surgery. Not to mention that we were in the hospital on the same day last year for his anesthesia reaction, good times when that is remembered, right.
Anyhow- We were at the Huntsman Cancer center at 8:30 this morning for a biopsy of his left leg. The surgery went really well and without any problems or complications. The doctor said that we would know the results of the pathology report in about a week or so and we are still hoping that cancer is out of the question. He also said that the lump removal went well and that it didn't appear to be to abnormal for lumps. :)
Thank you for all of your prayers, thoughts, texts and calls. We really appreciate all of your love and support. We will keep in touch.

Financial update...
It's tax time and hopefully that is a good thing for all of us! If you are getting a return, I just wanted to give a little reunion fund reminder.
Our hearts are with Morgan and Bethany. Scott and I went to the temple last night and offered up our prayers. I felt very peaceful and joyful. I hope we can all be together in the temple again. I love you all and I know that Heavenly Father loves us. I trust Him. Whatever happens Morgan, it will be alright.

It may not be as cool as our Famous Mother, but.....
Bethany and I are going to head up to the cabin this weekend for Presidents Day (since this is the last year to celebrate using the word holyday. Next year we'll all be celebrating universalday by hugging illeagals and sitting in hospital waiting rooms awaiting our number to be called in a socialized medical system thanks to the crazys of this nation) ANYWAY... we'll be heading up Friday the 15th at 1:00 and coming home Monday the 18th in the afternoon sometime. Any or all of you are more than welcome to come but no pressure. If you don't come, Bethany and I will just run arround naked all weekend.
That being said... all plans are subject to change cuz Brit said there is a possibility that Garth will decide to bless Will on the 17th, if that happens, we'll be in Kuna and not the cabin.
Call us if you'd like to come.
Morgan

Favorite spot
What is it that attracts little kids to play under the table. Brenden never used to play under ours until little Miles came along. Now they constantly do. Sometimes they play hide and go seek, and sometimes they just climb under together and laugh. Who knows what the joke is. I love that they can be so different and still find the same things funny. It all makes me think back to the many hide and go seek games from my childhood. They like to lay across the chairs just like we used to. Seriously, how did that hiding spot work so well so many times. I guess all my boys are missing is one of Mom's tablecloths to hide behind.

Locals react to news of Hinckley's death
By Loretta Burkhart Times-News correspondant
Pauline Parker was caught off guard Sunday evening when she received word that Gordon B. Hinckley had died. The president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints died of natural causes at age 97."I was stunned," said 82-year-old Parker, who converted to the Mormon faith when she was 18.
After hearing of the death, the Castleford woman never went to bed. Instead, she spent the night on the couch listening to callers on talk radio express their views about the man who held, she said, that "we're all children of God (and) I'm no more important than anyone else.""I just listened and listened," said Parker, a retired elementary school teacher.
Hinckley, president and prophet of the church, was the oldest president in the church's 148 years of history. Although his travels were worldwide and took him to some 60 countries to dedicate 95 of the church's 124 temples, his impact in the Magic Valley was nonetheless formative: The site of the Twin Falls Temple - still under construction - was personally chosen by Hinckley in 2004.
"It takes a powerful foundation to reach out to the world and be comfortable with all people," Parker said. And though she is saddened "because he was a big part of my life," she said she is not left with sadness, "because I believe that life is eternal."
Terry McCurdy, the LDS spokesman for southern Idaho, regards Hinckley as an example of graciousness: "If I could pattern my life after him, I would be a much better person. He was very down-to-earth, so kind, and so perceptive."According to McCurdy, Hinckley was also up-to-date."He read four or five newspapers every day - and could see the big picture," McCurdy said.In Twin Falls, his legacy will be the temple, McCurdy said. "He knew that Twin Falls was the right place for a temple รข€- and was able to see exactly what had to be done."
Dale Quigley, also an active member of the LDS faith, had hoped for a little more time under the prophet's influence."I knew that (his death) was forthcoming, but it happened a little sooner than I thought. I was hoping that he would be able to be with us - in good enough health - to dedicate the temple," Quigley said. While his sentiments are not that of "huge sorrow and mourning," for Quigley the president's passing is nonetheless painful."I do have some very tender feelings about him," said Quigley, who said his tears were mixed with gratitude for a long life of service. "I'm at peace with that."
Longevity factored into Doug Maughan's initial reaction to the news of Hinckley's demise, as well."My first reaction was, 'What a good, long life he lived,'" said Maughan, public relations director at the College of Southern Idaho, who also belongs to the LDS church. As for Hinckley's guidance of the church? Maughan said he exemplified timeless leadership. The principles by which Hinckley led the church - established in 1860 - were rooted more in the 19th than the 21st century, Maughan said, noting that "steadiness and firmness go very well with a light touch and a sense of humor."
The Rev. Brian Thom at Twin Falls' The Church of the Ascension was likewise impressed by Hinckley's style of leadership."Some leaders can be pretty stiff," said Thom, an Episcopalian, but "by all reports, Hinckley was a down-to-earth sort of person."Impressed by Hinckley's ability to lead a worldwide congregation "with such ease," Thom said it takes an exceptional person to maintain that style of leadership as long as Hinckley did.
Sean Christensen, 31, will miss that special type of leadership from the person who has been a major part of his adult life.Christensen, owner of Idaho Diagnostic Sleep Center in Twin Falls, met Hinckley in California more than a decade ago while the younger man was serving a mission for the LDS church. Christensen remembers standing near Hinckley and observing the manner in which the church leader addressed a gathering of young missionaries. As Hinckley spoke of the responsibility that comes with spreading the gospel, "he was positive and uplifting," Christensen said. Hinckley was a nice person, "and he genuinely cared," Christensen said.
